Healing, Coaching, Prayer & Counseling Training

Healing from within is a call to bring healing to others

Introduction to Codependence Coaching

This training is designed for those who feel called to walk alongside others as they move from survival into a life of significance. Many people live in patterns of codependence, often unaware of how it shapes their relationships, faith, and sense of identity. This program introduces the foundations of codependence, offering structure, awareness, and insight to help future coaches guide others into freedom and empowerment.
The credential requires a six-month online training track that blends live sessions with on-demand content while engaging in interactive, supportive community. Participants will develop practical coaching skills with a Christ-centered framework, this training emphasizes both the tools of coaching and the heart of ministry, equipping individuals to walk with others in grace, truth, and compassion.

Advanced Heart Healing Coaching (Trauma Focused)

Advanced Heart Healing Coaching (Trauma Focused) is designed for those who want to go deeper into the work of guiding others through healing, identity restoration, and transformation. While the introduction to coaching focuses on the basics of codependence and survival patterns, this advanced track equips participants to address the complex dynamics of trauma and its lasting impact on the mind, body, and spirit. It integrates principles of trauma mapping, nervous system awareness, deliverance ministry, and inner healing, giving coaches the tools to help others uncover root wounds, break cycles of pain, and rewire unhealthy patterns with grace and truth. Participants will learn advanced coaching skills within a Christ-centered framework, emphasizing discernment, compassion, and Spirit-led guidance. The program also provides practical strategies for holding safe space, recognizing trauma responses, and walking with clients as they encounter God’s healing presence.

Professional Drug & Alcohol Counseling Training

This specialized dual-certification program equips individuals who feel called to serve those struggling with addiction, while integrating both professional training and biblical foundations. With a strong emphasis on Christ-centered care, students are prepared to navigate the realities of substance abuse, emotional pain, and recovery through both clinical standards and spiritual insight. This training leads to dual certification: a state-recognized credential through the Association of Christian Alcohol & Drug Counselors (ACADC), and a Christian counseling certificate that affirms your biblical perspective in the field of recovery. Through flexible online learning, instructor guidance, and practical resources, students are equipped to serve in licensed recovery settings while offering hope and healing through the power of Jesus.

Professional
Chaplaincy
Training

This chaplaincy training program prepares individuals to offer spiritual care in high-impact settings such as jails, recovery centers, hospitals, churches, and crisis environments. With an emphasis on compassion, biblical truth, and Spirit-led support, this program equips you to bring the hope of Christ into spaces where healing is desperately needed. Offered through the ACADC Institute, candidates can pursue either a Licensed Chaplain credential or, for those who already hold a CDAAC, the Clinical Licensed Chaplain credential. The training includes reading The Work of the Chaplain by Naomi K. Paget and Janet McCormick, submitting references and ministry experience, and completing a final exam. Those on the clinical track will meet additional requirements for advanced ministry roles. This program is ideal for those who feel called to serve on the front lines of spiritual need—bringing comfort, guidance, and God’s presence into the hardest places.
