Individual Healing 

We offer a customized healing journey through a 90-day online format, a 7-day onsite intensive with a 30-day follow-up, or a hybrid option. Each experience is designed to walk with you through your personal life story—creating space for deep emotional and spiritual healing through the authentic grace of God.

Heal the Healer

This program is designed for those who serve on the front lines—pastors, caregivers, ministry leaders, and spiritual guides. You are deeply committed to helping others heal and grow, often pouring out more than you receive. This is an invitation to your own healing journey.

Marriage Healing

Most marriage programs focus on fixing behaviors or teaching communication skills. While those tools are helpful, they often overlook the deeper issues beneath the surface. Our approach is different
We focus on the roots—addressing the individual wounds, patterns, and unhealed places that affect the marriage. 

Individual Healing Intensive

When you feel an overwhelming need for healing, one-hour sessions are often not enough. It can be frustrating to try and untangle the complexities of hurt, trauma, broken relationships, and unhealthy coping patterns within the limitations of traditional counseling formats. That’s why we offer healing intensives—because sometimes, you need more than just a moment. You need sacred space.

With a healing intensive, you can experience the equivalent of six months of counseling in just a few focused days. This immersive time allows you to step away from everyday responsibilities and enter into a concentrated process of restoration, clarity, and connection. It’s a powerful way to jump-start your healing journey and reclaim your voice, your heart, and your sense of peace.

Our intensives are held in our office (next to hotels and downtown Temecula)  or in an AirBnb setting of your choice. We have worked with dozens of AirBnbs in the area that offer a peaceful, serene atmosphere. 

Using a proven spiritual and trauma-informed model, you’ll reconnect with who God created you to be. You’ll uncover root issues, untangle survival strategies, and rediscover the presence of Jesus in places you may have felt abandoned or stuck. This is not about fixing yourself—it’s about experiencing healing at the core.

Heal the Healer Intensive

We know what it’s like to lead while bleeding. To carry the burdens of others while quietly struggling with your own. You have a name, a title, a reputation—and sometimes that makes it even harder to be honest about your pain. Maybe you’ve been suffering in silence, afraid of judgment or exposure. But you don’t have to hide anymore.

The Healing the Healers Program exists for this very reason: to create a confidential, sacred space where ministry leaders, pastors, counselors, and spiritual caregivers can lay down the pressure and tend to their own souls.

We pledge to protect your privacy and provide the safety you need to be real, to go deep, and to heal—without shame or fear. This isn’t about stepping away from your calling. It’s about returning to it whole. Because your healing matters. Not just for you, but for every person God has called you to love, lead, and serve.

We offer three pathways to help you reconnect with yourself, your calling, and the presence of God:

Each option is designed to meet you right where you are—offering space to breathe, reflect, and allow the Holy Spirit to heal what’s beneath the surface.

In this process, you will:

  • Break free from performance-based connection with God and rediscover true intimacy
  • Untangle codependency, emotional entanglements, and internal pressure
  • Confront shame and step into the grace and healing that Jesus offers

When you lead from freedom instead of striving, everything changes. Your ministry becomes not just a calling—but a reflection of God’s redemptive power working through you.

Marriage Intensives

Your marriage was never meant to survive in survival mode. It was designed to reflect the love and power of Jesus. At Living Free Institute, we believe that Jesus heals marriages the same way He heals hearts—through truth, grace, and encounter. 


Our Marriage Intensives are comprehensive programs designed for couples who feel stuck, disconnected, or on the edge of giving up. Whether you’re facing betrayal, emotional distance, repeated conflict, or just years of spiritual dryness, these intensives offer more than communication tools—they offer transformation.This is not marriage counseling. This is a Jesus-centered encounter.

Over the course of 120 days, couples receive:

  • Personal counseling to address hidden wounds, soul ties, and spiritual strongholds
  • Biblical teaching on covenant, forgiveness, and restoration
  • Practical tools to rebuild trust, intimacy, and communication
  • Marriage counseling
  • A safe space for deep honesty, intercession, and healing

We don’t just work on the marriage—we minister to the individuals within the marriage. Because healing the marriage starts with healing the hearts in it.You don’t have to live like roommates. You were called to be a testimony of Jesus’ redeeming love.
