As you step into this next season—reproducing what you’ve learned and walking forward in your calling—this is an important time to define the relationship and boundaries we’ll honor moving forward. These also apply to how you interact with other participants in the program, both now and in the future.**
Each of us carries a unique calling and divine purpose. We’re like a symphony—each person with a distinct sound. When those sounds come together, they create something powerful that impacts the culture around us. That’s the beauty of collaboration and partnership.
That’s how I want to frame our relationship moving forward: as a partnership. We both have something to bring. We each carry a sound, a role, and a responsibility. My desire is for you to be the very best version of who God created you to be. And on your end, you’re welcome to stay connected and involved with Living Free as much as you'd like.
If you choose to remain in relationship with this community, there will be opportunities to stay current, continue learning, and possibly be referred to others as needs arise. And if God leads you in a different direction, that’s okay too. You’re free to take your certification and walk out your calling however He leads you.
What Your Certification Means
- You will be listed in our database and on the Living Free website as a certified coach.As long as you remain in good standing, you will retain access to the online course and all of the training materials you received.
- You’ll be part of our ongoing Facebook support community.
- You’ll have opportunities to volunteer and participate in any refresher retreats or workshops scheduled for your cohort or region.
Our Relationship
We'’ve invested in creating the tools and resources to hopefully help you succeed as a life coach in whatever capacity God is calling you. You’ve invested your time, heart, and finances to make this happen. We’ve collaborated—hooray! And our heart is to keep that relationship positive, supportive, and honoring.
If possible, we'd love to be able to send people your way when I see a need that matches your gifting. I can’t promise or guarantee that, but staying in good standing with our organization allows that to remain an open door. That means continuing to honor the ethics and boundaries you agreed to in the program.
Expectations Moving Forward
1. Client & Student Boundaries
Please don’t try to recruit or advertise to any current or former clients or students from Living Free Institute for your own groups or services—unless you’ve been given specific approval. If you’re authorized to advertise something, it’s a one-time permission for that event. Please don’t keep advertising other events unless the person has directly expressed interest.
2. Curriculum & Copyright Use
You’ve been given access to our curriculum and materials—please use them respectfully and within copyright guidelines:
For any books in print, have your clients purchase their own copies.
For any PDFs, make sure your clients don’t share them on other platforms or send them around.
Please don’t change or modify the materials without permission.
3. Program Integrity & Branding
The Invitation Healing Intensive, our Coaching Programs, and Freedom Intensives are copyrighted and branded under Living Free Institute. They’re not meant to be duplicated or offered under your own name.
That said, everything you’ve learned gives you the freedom to apply it in your own creative way as you build your own business or ministry. This isn’t about putting you in a box—it’s about protecting what God has built here while encouraging you to carry it forward with integrity. We’re collaborators. You are you, we are us—and we get to expand the Kingdom of Heaven together.
4. Ongoing Recertification
To keep your certification active, we offer a yearly recertification opportunity. This will come in the form of a refresher workshop, either online or in person, for a small fee.
Plan for $30 annual recertification cost, which helps:
Keep your certificate valid and up to date
Keep you in the loop with any changes or updates to the program
Keep you eligible for client referrals through the Living Free network
